Creating A Signature In Mac Mail With Image

You can add a logo and include a caption or name, or design a template to use as a signature on your email messages. When you save your signature as an image, you can easily attach it to the email. Before you creating a signature in Mac mail with image, create a template and save it as an image. Follow the procedure below to add an image signature on Mac Mail.

Create Signature With Image:

Step 1: Launch the Mail app on your Mac device and select the Preferences menu on the top of the dock.

Step 2: Select the Signatures tab for creating a signature in Mac mail with image. If you have already added a signature to the mail account, and then choose one signature from the list.

Step 3: If you are newly creating a signature, click the ‘plus’ symbol under the Signatures panel and enter the details or else paste the HTML code in the right-side panel.

Step 4: Next, search the image you want to include in the signature using the Finder on the dock.

Step 5: Click the image and drag it to the Signature panel in the Mail window.

Step 6: After that, save the signature you created in the Mail account.

Use the signature in the mail:

Step 1: Next, open the Mail app and select the New Mail icon on the toolbar to create a new email.
Step 2: Once the new email opens up, fill in the To and Subject fields, and if required, enter the CC field.
Step 3: Click the Signature drop-down menu to add the signature. From the list that appears, select your signature.
Step 4: Now, the logo and the name as a signature appear in the email message area.
Step 5: After you creating a signature in Mac mail with image, If you want to add the signature at the end of the mail, first type the message, then add the signature at last.
