Em Client Keeps Crashing - [SOLVED]

Like any other email client, eM Client allows you to manage your email account. This email client is designed to work in both Windows and Mac operating systems. Some key features offered by eM Client are live chat, managing calendars, tasks, contacts, etc. If eM Client keeps crashing on your computer, then scroll down this page to resolve it.

Solution 1: Restart the eM Client application

Step 1:If eM Client is crashing for the first time, restart it.

Step 2:Close the application completely.

Step 3:Wait for a while, then relaunch the application by double-clicking on its icon.

Solution 2: Reinstall eM Client

Step 1:In case the restart process doesn’t resolve the eM client keeps crashing issue, reinstall the eM Client application on your computer.
Step 2:To do so, uninstall the existing application on your device.
Step 3:While uninstalling the application, make sure not to remove its database directory.
Step 4:After uninstalling eM Client, restart your computer if prompted and install the latest version of the application.

Solution 3: Launch the eM Client application with a blank database

If eM Client keeps on crashing even after restarting, then try to open it with a blank database.

Step 1:Go to the Menu section of eM Client.
Step 2:Choose the Tools option followed by Settings.
Step 3:Click General > Storage > Set the database location of your desire.
Step 4:After changing the location, restart eM Client.

Solution 4: Disable the antivirus application

Step 1:Check whether the antivirus application installed on your computer is blocking eM Client.
Step 2:If yes, disable it temporarily.
Step 3:After disabling it, launch eM Client and check if the issue is resolved.
