On The Gmail App:

Step 1: Almost all Android devices use Google services; therefore, it is simple to access accounts on the Gmail app.

Step 3: Encryption: SSL

SMTP Account

Step 1: Outgoing mail server: smtp.office365.com
Step 2: Port number: 587/465
Step 3: Encryption: TLS/SSL

Save The Changes And Complete The Mail Setup.

Step 1: On Outlook app for Android:
Step 2: Download the Outlook app on your Android mobile and launch the app.
Step 3: When the Outlook app opens, select Outlook as the Microsoft account type, under Add Account.
Step 4: After that, enter the server details as mentioned earlier and complete the Hotmail mail server settings.
Step 5: Now, give access to the app by entering the password of the two-step verification and finish the process.
Step 6: After completing Hotmail mail server settings for android, Tap the gear icon at the upper right corner of the screen and choose All messages.
