How To Block Senders On Windows Live Mail

Be it any bad email, spam email, junk, or unwanted email, you can easily prevent them in Windows Live Mail. There are two methods to block a sender on the Windows Live Mail email client.

Method-1: Move The Sender To A Blocked List

  • Step 1: Open the Windows Live Mail email client on your computer and log in to your email account.
  • Step 2: Go to the folder where you find all the unwanted emails. Now, right-click the email and select the Junk email option.

Method-2: Block The Sender Manually

  • Step 1: Once the Windows Live Mail application is open, note down the sender’s email address which you have to add to the block list.
  • Step 2: Now, click Windows Live Mail at the upper left corner of the window.
  • Step 3: Select Options and choose Safety options. Now the Safety options window will open on the screen.
  • Step 4: In this window, under the Blocked Senders panel, click the Add button and then enter the sender’s email address correctly.
