HOW TO PRINT AN EMAIL FROM OUTLOOK

  • Step 1:After logging in to your Outlook account, open the message you wish to print.
  • Step 2:Click Print --> Print Options.
  • Step 3:Now, choose your desired print settings.
  • Step 4:Under the Page range section, enter the specific page or page numbers that you like to print.

PRINTING A PART OF AN EMAIL MESSAGE

  • Step 1:Open the message you want to print.
  • Step 2:In the Message tab, find Move group.
  • Step 3:From Move group, click Actions --> Other Actions --> View in Browser.

  • Step 5:In the message, select the part you like to print. You can choose the text or any part of the message directly in your browser window, not on the Print Preview screen.

HOW TO PRINT EMAIL ATTACHMENTS IN OUTLOOK

Suppose you need to print an email attachment and download and save the attachment to your local folder or Cloud, carry out the instructions given below. After saving, open the attachment and print it easily.

  • Step 1:Open the email containing the attachment.
  • Step 2:Find the Download option below the attachment and click on it.
  • Step 3:Open the document using the appropriate program.
  • Step 4:Choose the Print option.
  • Step 5:In case you are prompted to select the printer settings, choose the ones you want and then print.

HOW TO PRINT CALENDARS

  • Step 1:Once you log in to your Outlook account, open the calendar from the bottom of the page.
  • Step 2:You can select the Day, Work week, Week, or Month view.
  • Step 3:Now, navigate to the dates you like to print.
  • Step 4:Choose the Print option at the top of the page.
  • Step 5:You can see a preview of your calendar in a new window. You are allowed to change the calendar you wish to print. You can change the view and the time range that you want. And you can also turn on or off the mini calendar. Click Print.
  • Step 6:After completing your settings, select Print.
  • Step 7:In the Print dialog box, pick the option you like.
  • Step 8:Next, click Print.
