PRINTING A PART OF AN EMAIL MESSAGE
Step 1:Open the message you want to print.
Step 2:In the Message tab, find Move group.
Step 3:From Move group, click Actions --> Other Actions --> View in Browser.
Step 4:If any security message pops up, click OK to proceed.
Step 5:In the message, select the part you like to print. You can choose the text or any part of the message directly in your browser window, not on the Print Preview screen.
Step 6:Click on the arrow icon next to Print. Select Print.
Step 7:In the Page range section, click Selection and then choose Print.
HOW TO PRINT EMAIL ATTACHMENTS IN OUTLOOK
Suppose you need to print an email attachment and download and save the attachment to your local folder or Cloud, carry out the instructions given below. After saving, open the attachment and print it easily.
Step 1:Open the email containing the attachment.
Step 2:Find the Download option below the attachment and click on it.
