How To Unsend An Email

• Step 1:On the main page of the Gmail account, click the Compose button and compose a new email.
• Step 2:Once you send the email, you will see ‘Your message has been sent. Undo View message.’
• Step 3:Click this Undo View Message link.
• Step 4:This will unsend the email, and at the same time, you will receive the ‘Undoing’ message followed by the ‘Sending has been undone’ message on the screen.

Yahoo Mail app:

• Step 1:Tap the Yahoo Mail application on your iPhone.
• Step 2:Touch the Compose icon at the lower-right corner of the screen.
• Step 3:After composing an email, tap the Send button.
• Step 4:Now, you will see the ‘Sent’ message on the lower-left corner.
• Step 5:Also while following how to unsend an email guide, the ‘Undo’ message will be displayed on the lower-right corner.
• Step 6:Click the Undo message link to unsend the email.
• Step 7:Note: This Undo message will appear on the screen for five seconds after sending the email.

Microsoft Outlook application:

• Step 1:After signing in to the Microsoft Outlook account using its email address and password, choose the Options option from the Settings menu.
• Step 2:Select the Undo Send option on the left panel and click the radio button next to the ‘Let me cancel messages I’ve sent for’ option.
• Step 3:Click the limit time box and then choose any one of the options that are listed below.
  • 5 seconds
  • 10 seconds
  • 15 seconds
  • 30 seconds
• Step 5:By default, the 10 seconds option will be chosen if you have not selected any one of the options.
• Step 6:Save this setting by clicking the Save button. Click the New button to compose a new email.
• Step 7:Once done with composing the email, click the Send button that is present at the lower-left corner of the screen.
• Step 8:The Undo button will be displayed at the top-right corner. Within the limit you have set, click the Undo button.
