- Step 1: On your computer, open the default browser after ensuring that you have a standard Internet connection.
- Step 2: Navigate to the official iCloud sign-in page and log in to your iCloud Mail account using your login credentials.
- Step 3: Make sure to enter the correct Apple ID and password to log in to your iCloud Mail.
- Step 4: Once you successfully log in to your iCloud Mail, click the Settings icon (gear-shaped symbol) at the bottom-left corner of the Mail screen.
- Step 5: Click the Rules tab from the Settings menu.
- Step 6: Select the Add a Rule option at the top-right corner of the screen. It will look like a blue link.
- Step 7: If you cannot find the Add a Rule link, make sure that you are on the Rules window.
- Step 9: Under the 'If a message' section, choose the 'is from' option from the drop-down menu to filter messages from specific email addresses for iCloud mail block sender.
- Step 10: Input the sender's email address you want to block in the text box and select the Move to Folder option from the Then pull-down menu.
- Step 11: From the fourth drop-down menu, select the Junk option.
- Step 12: After specifying all the details, click the Done button at the bottom of the Settings dialog box.
- Step 13: Now, any new email from the specified sender will be automatically moved to the Trash folder on your iCloud Mail.
