Step 1:
On your Mac, open the default browser and navigate to the iCloud System Status page to check all the available iCloud Services.
- Step 2:
Check if anything is marked as not working on the iCloud System Status
- Step 3:
If the iCloud service related to the problem you are experiencing has been marked as not working, wait until Apple addresses and fixes the problem.
- Step 4:
If there is no service marked as not working, close the browser and make sure that you are using the latest software version on your Mac.
- Step 5:
Update Safari to its latest version and try signing in to your iCloud Mail.
- Step 6:
Clear your browser cache by selecting Safari à Preferences .
- Step 7:
Click the Advanced tab and select the Show Develop menu in menu bar
- Step 8:
Close the Preferences window and click the Develop to resolve this iCloud Mail is not working on Mac.
- Step 9:
Select Empty Caches to remove the browser cache.
- Step 10:
If you have configured the iCloud Mail in the Mail app of your Mac, try sending a test email.
- Step 11:
If you can’t send emails, click the Mail menu at the top and select Preferences .
- Step 12:
Click the Accounts tab and choose your iCloud email from the left-side panel.
- Step 13:
Head to the Server Settings tab and check if iCloud has been selected as the Outgoing Mail Account .
- Step 14:
Make sure not to attach large files to an email message.
- Step 15:
