  • Step 1:On your computer, click the Start menu available at the bottom-left corner of the desktop and select the Mail icon to launch the Mail app.

  • Step 3:Choose your iCloud Mail and check whether you have configured the correct email settings.
  • Step 4:Next, open the default browser after ensuring that you have a stable Internet connection and visit the official iCloud sign-in page.
  • Step 5:When prompted, type in your Apple ID and password in the required fields and sign in to your iCloud Mail account.
  • Step 6:If you have already enabled two-step verification for your iCloud Mail, you will get a verification code to access your iCloud Mail account.
  • Step 7:On your iPhone, open Settings and go to the Security section.
  • Step 8:Tap Edit and select Generate Password in the App-Specific Passwords section.
  • Step 9:Enter a label for the generated password and tap Create.
  • Step 10:Copy or note down the password and tap Done.
  • Step 11:Now, navigate to the computer and open the Windows Mail app.
  • Step 12:Click on Settings and select Manage Accounts.
  • Step 13:Select your iCloud account from the displayed list and enter your app-specific password in the required field.
