- Step 1:On your computer, launch the default browser and log in to your Zoho Mail account with the correct login credentials.
- Step 2:In the Mail Administration section, select the Migration option.
- Step 3:Click the Add Migration tab to enter the server details for migration.
- Step 4:In the Migration window, enter a name for the IMAP migration in the Migration Name field.
- Step 5:Choose IMAP as the migration protocol and select the other required options.
- Step 6:Select what you want to migrate and fill the Server Name (IMAP) and Exclude Folder List options.
- Step 7:Make sure to enter 993 in the Server Port field for IMAP migration Zoho mail.
- Step 8:Click the Add Migration button to save the server details and proceed to add the account details you are migrating.
- Step 9:To add the user accounts manually for Gmail migration, select Add Accounts in the Accounts Email Migration section.
- Step 10:Fill in the Source username and password fields with your Gmail email address and password, respectively.
- Step 11:Enter your destination email address and fill in the Exclude Folder List field.
- Step 12:Click the Add button to add your Gmail account details.
- Step 13:If you wish to import users from a CSV file for Gmail migration, click the Upload Accounts tab and choose your file.
- Step 14:Click OK to upload the accounts and select the required accounts for migration.
