Step 1: First, access a computer that has Microsoft Outlook.

Step 6: Ensure that the checkbox next to the Use the same message format as the original message option is NOT selected.

Step 7: Now, send an email containing this signature. Open it on any of the email clients.

Step 8: Now, you will find that your signature is of the same size as your text. The size of the signature you see now will also be the same as that of the original one.
