- Step 1: Force quit the Mail application.
- Step 2: On the main screen of Mac OS Mojave, click the Go tab and select the Go to Folder option.
- Step 3: Type the ‘~/Library/Mail/V5/MailData’ location.
- Step 4: Move the plist files to the Trash folder. If you do not want to delete them, move to some other folder.
- Step 5: Restart your Mac computer and check if the Mac Os Mojave mail problem has been resolved.

- Step 17: Select ‘~/Library/Containers’ and drag the following files to your desktop.

- Step 20: Also, remove the Mail Envelope files.
- Step 21: Empty the Trash folder, restart the Mac computer, and launch the Mail application again to ensure Mac Os Mojave mail problem is fixed.
