- Step 1: On your iPhone, ensure that you have a standard Internet connection.
- Step 2: Tap the Settings icon on the applications screen to open the Settings app.
- Step 3: Tap the Mail, Contacts, Calendars tab in the Settings window and navigate to the Accounts and Passwords section.

- Step 10: Verify whether your name and email address are correctly entered in the required fields.
- Step 11: Navigate to the Incoming Mail Server section and enter ‘imap.qq.com’ in the Incoming Mail Server Host Name field to solve mail server IMAP QQ.Com is not responding issue.
- Step 12: Enter ‘smtp.qq.com’ in the Outgoing Mail Server Host Name field.
- Step 13: If you are prompted to verify the incoming and outgoing servers, tap the Continue button to solve mail server not responding issue.
- Step 14: Tap the Save button and select the account you have created to configure the server settings.
- Step 15: Choose the SMTP server option and verify the SMTP settings.
- Step 16: Tap Done and enable the Use SSL button.
- Step 17: Configure the correct server ports and select Authentication for Password.
- Step 18: Once you have added your QQ.COM email account, try sending a test email and check if the problem has been resolved.
