Mailbird Block Sender - Quick Steps

An unauthorized message sent for commercial purposes is known as a spam message. In the worst case, it can include bogus offers that could cost you time and money. It's always recommended to clear those spam messages. You can also take a step further to block those unwanted email senders in Mailbird. 

You can quickly get rid of those spam messages by unsubscribing them or reporting them as spam. Perform the steps given here to report a message as spam.

• Step 1: Open the email (you want to mark as spam) in Mailbird.
• Step 2: Locate and click on the Report Spam button.
• Step 3: You can also select multiple emails and click on the Report Spam button. 
• Step 4: By doing this, all the marked messages will be moved to the Spam folder.

Method 1: Blocking The Sender

From browser

• Step 1: Go to your Inbox and open the message from the sender you want to block.
• Step 2: Find and select the Menu button and choose Block.
• Step 3: You've finished the Mailbird block sender process. The sender's messages will now be directed to the spam folder. 

From app
