Step 6: Under Edit Identity, click the Insert image icon in the Signature field.
Step 7: In the Insert image window, select either From computer or From URL.
Step 8: If you have the HTML signature as an image on your computer, select the From computer option.
Step 9: Click Browse and choose the image from your local storage.
Step 10: Set your preferred size from the following options.
Step 11: It is suggested to keep your image size as small as possible (below 15kb) to experience fast emailing for both sender and recipient.
Step 12: You can also use the Squoosh app to optimize the image size for the web. It helps you in reducing the image size without compressing the original quality.
Step 13: Once you have selected the correct image and size, click the Insert button.
Step 14: Now, the HTML signature will be added to Mailbird.
Step 15: In case you wish to upload an image from an image hosting website, select the URL option in the Insert image window.
Step 16: You can use one of the following links to get the direct URL.
Step 17: If necessary, you can also use Google Drive/Dropbox.
Step 18: Once you have been directed to the location of the image file, select and right-click the image.
Step 19: Choose the Copy image location option.
Step 20: Return to the Mailbird window and click the Menu button.
Step 21: Select Settings -->Identities.
Step 22: Give a double-click on the identity you wish to edit and paste the copied URL in the Signature field.
Step 23: Specify the size and click the Add button.
Step 24: Now, Mailbird will add the HTML signature.
