Mailbird Import Contacts - Easy Steps

Mailbird is one of the paid email clients that is used to organize and manage emails faster. Mailbird allows you to import contacts as a vCard file. In most email clients, you cannot export contacts to a vCard file. Instead, the contacts will be exported as CSV files. To overcome this problem, you have to convert those CSV files to vCard format. Importing contacts from an email client:

Here we have given the steps to Mailbird import contacts from Microsoft Outlook.

Step 1:To begin with, launch the Outlook app and click the File menu.

Step 2:Select the Open & Export option from the left-side panel and click the Import/Export tab.

Step 3:Select the Export to a file option in the Import and Export Wizard window and click Next.

Step 4:Select Comma Separated Values.

Step 5:Under Select folder to export from, expand Contacts below your email account and click Next.

Step 6:Select Browse and enter a name for your file.

Step 7:Click OK and confirm your new contacts file.

Step 8:Click Finish to export your contacts.

Step 9:Now, locate your new CSV file on your computer and open it using Excel to verify that your contacts have been successfully exported.

Step 10:Before you open Mailbird and import contacts, convert the CSV file into a vCard file.

Importing contacts into Mailbird account:

Step 1:First, launch the Mailbird app on your computer and click the Contact icon from the left-side panel.
Step 2:You can now see the All contact list.
Step 3:Click the Settings icon at the top and select the Import contacts from vCard option.
Step 4:Under the Import from vCard section, click the Browse button to search for the exported vCard files.
Step 5:Locate and select the vCard file you wish to import and click the Open button.
Step 6:Next, click the All Contact drop-down menu and select the vCard file with the imported date to view the contact details.
