Printing an Email

• Step 1:Access your Yahoo! Mail on the computer or smartphone (on which you have installed the printer).
• Step 2:Open the email you want to print.
• Step 3:Locate and tap or click on the Print icon.
• Step 4:If the Print icon is not displayed on the email message screen, click on the three dots icon and select the Print option from the menu.
• Step 5:Now, set the print settings as per your preference on the opened screen.
• Step 6:Finally, tap Print.
• Step 7:Now, your printer will start printing the selected email message.

Note: You can only print the text from emails. The attachments and photos included in your email message will not be printed. Download the attachments or photos separately if you need to print them.
