Step 1:Account type: IMAP

Step 2:Incoming Mail Server: secure.emailsrvr.com

Step 3:Port: 993

Step 4:Security type: SSL

Step 5:Login name and password: Your Rackspace email address and its password

Step 6:User name: Your Rackspace account name

Step 7:Account type: SMTP

Step 8:Outgoing Mail Server: secure.emailsrvr.com

Step 9:Port: 465

Step 10:Security type: SSL

Step 1:Open the Windows Mail application on your computer.
Step 2:If you are launching the Windows Mail app for the first time, a window with the message, Welcome to Mail, will open. Click on the Add Account button and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have already opened the Mail app, click on the Settings tab and select the Manage Accounts option followed by Add Account. In the Add an account window, click on the Other account option.
Step 3:Now, type your Rackspace email account’s address, password, and user name in the given fields.
Step 4:Click Sign in.
Step 5:Now, the Windows Mail application will detect and configure your account.

Step 1:Go to the Info tab of the Outlook application.
Step 2:Select the Add account option.
Step 3:Click the radio button beside Yes in the Add an Email Account window.
Step 4:Choose the Email Account or Manual setup option.
Step 5:If you’ve selected the Email Account option, then type your name, email address, and password in the given fields. Now, you need to click the Next button to continue with the account setup.
Step 6:Similarly, if you have selected the Manual setup option, enter your account settings manually in the given fields when prompted.
