Step 2: Click on the Sign In option, which is up in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 3: You will be forwarded to ATT&T the login page, where you can reset your BellSouth password.
Step 4: On the login page, type in your user id and click on Forgot Password. A small pop-up box will appear on your screen that states that you are being directed to ATT.com.
Step 5: It will eventually load a new page. Enter the user ID and last name of the account owner.
Step 6: Click on Continue in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 7: A new page opens up; it will ask you to select a reset method. The method could be a text message with a code in it, an old or a different email, or it could be your security questions.
Step 8: You can also choose Send me a temporary password.
Step 9: If you have your phone number that is linked with your BellSouth account, choose the text message option.
Step 10: You will receive the code. Enter the code and hit Continue.
Step 11: Now you can create a new password. Retype the password in the provided field.
Step 12: Hit the Continue button once again. This will reset your BellSouth email account password.
Step 13: Finally, you can log in to your BellSouth account with the user ID and newly created password.
