- Step 1: Get your iOS device, open the Settings page, and look for the iCloud option.
- Step 2: Open any browser and go to the official Yahoo sign-in page. Enter the Yahoo email address and the password you remember.
- Step 3: If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password button to reset the password.
- Step 4: Now a Recover your account prompt opens. Select a verification method and click Text me a temporary code.
- Step 5: Type the last four digits of your phone number when it prompts and click Next.
- Step 6: Now type the code sent to your verified mobile number. Type the code within 60 seconds. Once the code matches, it will automatically move to the next page.
- Step 7: For some security reasons, click I’m not a robot and clear the puzzle.
- Step 8: After that, on the Set a new password page, enter the new password and click Continue.
- Step 9: Enter a strong password with a mixture of upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Now your Yahoo password is updated.
- Step 10: If you don't have any access to your recovery options (mobile number and e-mail id), you have to create a new Yahoo id.
- Step 11: On the next page, if you want to change the existing recovery E-mail id and mobile number, click the Add e-mail or mobile no button to update, or click the Looks good button.
- Step 12: Now your Yahoo password will be reset.
