- Step 1: Launch the Outlook 2007 application on the computer.
- Step 2: Go to the Edit menu. Click on Purge following that choose Purge Options.
- Step 3: The Internet Email Settings window opens, check the option below to purge the items when switching folders. This allows the emails to get automatically purged.
- Step 4: Try to delete the emails again.
- Step 5: Another way is to manually purge by selecting the emails which you have to delete then select the Edit menu.
- Step 6: Select Purge and go on to click on the required purge choices from the list to resolve unable to delete the email from outlook 2007.
