- Step 1: On your Windows computer, launch Windows Live Mail.
- Step 2: Next, press the Ctrl + Shift + O shortcut keys for viewing the Options screen.
- Step 3: Click the Signatures tab and then choose the signature that does not display on your Windows Live Mail.
- Step 4: Click Browse and select the HTML Files option from the pull-down menu above the Open button.
- Step 5: Locate the signature file from the displayed list and select it in the details panel.

- Step 10: Return to the Notepad window and select the text after scr= upto and including the next double quote.
- Step 11: Press the Ctrl + V buttons to paste the copied file name.
- Step 12: Press the Ctrl + S buttons to save the modified file name.
