• Step 1:Click Microsoft Outlook 2007 in order to open it.
• Step 2:Go to Tools and then click the Account Settings option.
• Step 3:Find the E-mail option and tap on it.
• Step 4:Click on the New tab.
• Step 5:Find the Manually configure server settings option and tap on it.
• Step 6:Press the Next tab.
• Step 7:Choose the Internet E-mail option.
• Step 8:Press the Next tab to visit the Windstream email settings page for Outlook 2007.
• Step 9:Press the Next tab.
• Step 10:Enter the following information:
• Step 11:E-mail Address: E-mail address of Windstream.net
• Step 12:Incoming (POP3): pop.windstream.net
• Step 13:Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.windstream.net
• Step 14:User Name: Windstream.net E-mail address
• Step 15:Password: Windstream.net E-mail password
• Step 16:Fill the form and press the More Settings tab.
• Step 17:On the new page, you can choose the ‘Outgoing Server’ option.
• Step 18:Click the Outgoing Server tab and choose the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option.
• Step 19:Press the OK tab.
• Step 20:Once again, you will be on the setting page, choose the Next tab, and finish the setup process for the Windstream.net e-mail settings for Outlook.

Windstream Email Settings For Outlook 2010

• Step 1:Open your Outlook and press the File icon. Go to the Account Settings option and tap on it.
• Step 2:Click the Add option.
• Step 3:Go to the Server Settings section and turn it on.
• Step 4:Press the Next tab.
• Step 5:Now, you need to select the Internet E-mail Addresses and press the Next tab.
• Step 6:Enter the following information:
• Step 7:Your name: Full name of the user
• Step 8:E-mail Address: Windstream e-mail address
• Step 9:Choose the Type Account tab: IMAP or POP3
• Step 10:If you have chosen the pop3 option, then enter the following data:
• Step 11:Incoming e-mail: pop.windstream.net
• Step 12:Incoming port: 110
• Step 13:Outgoing e-mail: smtp.windstream.net
• Step 14:Outgoing port: 25

• Step 1:Go to the 2013 version of Outlook and open it.
• Step 2:Choose the File option.
• Step 3:Press the Add Account option.
• Step 4:Under the server settings or additional server types option, you need to set the option to manual.
• Step 5:Tap on the Next tab.
• Step 6:Choose the Internet E-mail option.
• Step 7:Enter the following information:
• Step 8:Your Name: The preferred Name.
• Step 9:E-mail Address: The windstream.net e-mail address.
• Step 10:Select Account Type: IMAP
• Step 11:Incoming Mail Server: imap.windstream.net
• Step 12:Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.windstream.net
• Step 13:User Name: The full e-mail address.
• Step 14:Password: The password.
• Step 15:Find the More Settings option and tap on it.
• Step 16:Now, press the Advanced icon and enter the following information.
• Step 17:Tick the box with an Encrypted connection (SSL).
• Step 18:Check the Incoming Server Port number that shows 993.
• Step 19:Expand the option and choose TLS.
• Step 20:Check the Outgoing Server Port number that shows 587.
• Step 21:Press the Outgoing Server option and offer the following information:
• Step 22:Select the ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option.
• Step 23:Verify the server settings; the server setting must be as per the “my incoming mail server” settings.
• Step 24:Press the OK tab. Next, it will take you to the setting page.
• Step 25:Choose the Next tab and finish the setup process for the Windstream email setup for Outlook 2013.
• Step 26:After the successful testing process, you will get an official mail from Outlook.
