- Step 1:First, download the ZohoExchangeMigrationInstaller.exe from the Internet.
- Step 2:Verify that your system meets the requirements.
- Step 3:Double-click the downloaded file and carry out the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
- Step 4:Create a shortcut icon on the desktop to access the migration wizard in the future.
- Step 5:Launch the Zoho Exchange Migration wizard by double-clicking its shortcut icon on the desktop.
- Step 6:On the welcome screen, select the Email and other data migration from PST/Exchange/EML option as your migration type.
- Step 7:Click Next and enter your Zoho Mail email address and password in the required fields.
- Step 8:Select the Multiple option from the Migration for drop-down menu.
- Step 9:Choose your region from the pull-down menu and verify the user credentials.
- Step 10:In the meantime, open the default browser and navigate to the official Zoho Mail Sign-In page.
- Step 11:Log in to your Zoho Mail account with the help of the login credentials.
- Step 12:Return to the Zoho Mail Exchange Migration wizard and click the Accept button.
- Step 13:Now, the migration wizard prompts you to verify the user credentials again.
- Step 14:Click the Verify button and select the Exchange Migration option on the Data Migration screen.
- Step 15:Fill in the required information in the Exchange Credentials section and click Next.
- Step 16:Choose the Hosted Exchange option and select the domain to which you wish to migrate the email accounts.
- Step 17:Next, map the Source Email accounts with the Destination Email accounts.
- Step 18:Choose the source details from GAL or LDAP server.
- Step 19:To verify the retrieved accounts, click the Verify accounts button.
- Step 20:Select the user folders and choose the migration data options.
- Step 21:Finally, click the Start Migration button to migrate your Zoho Mail accounts using the Zoho Mail Exchange Migration wizard to check the imported or uploaded details on the Migration Status page.
