Zoho Mail Undeliverable - [SOLVED]

Zoho Mail cannot deliver emails when emails don’t have a valid SPF record. In such cases, you must reconfigure the SPF records in the preferred domain manager. Sometimes, the email you send from your Zoho Mail may become undeliverable when the recipient’s email address is incorrect. To fix the Zoho mail undeliverable problem quickly, follow these steps.

  • Step 1:If you have already logged on to your Zoho Mail account, compose a new mail.
  • Step 2:Enter the correct recipient’s email address in the To field and fill the From, Subject, and email body fields.
  • Step 3:Click the Send button after ensuring that the email messages are correct.
  • Step 4:Ensure that your email address is not on the blacklist.
  • Step 5:Also, verify that your recipient is not blocking your email address.
  • Step 6:If you are getting the ‘Zoho Mail Undeliverable’ error, clear the recipient AutoComplete cache and resend the message.
  • Step 7:If the problem persists, log in to your GoDaddy DNS Manager (if you are using GoDaddy).
  • Step 8:Click the My Account menu and select Domains.
  • Step 9:Expand Domains and click the Manager DNS button to verify your domain.
  • Step 10:You can now see the existing DNS records.
  • Step 11:Navigate to the Records section and click the Add button to add a DNS record.
  • Step 12:Choose TXT from the Record type drop-down menu and specify @ in the Host field.
  • Step 13:Enter ‘v=spf1 include:zoho.in ~all’ in the TXT Value field.
  • Step 14:Click Save after entering all the necessary details.
  • Step 15:Now, log in to your Zoho Mail account as administrator and head to the Control Panel.
  • Step 16:Select the SPF tab from the left-side panel and click Verify across each domain to validate the SPF records.
  • Step 17:Once the SPF records have been validated, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
  • Step 18:Finally, send a test email and check if the ‘Zoho Mail undeliverable’ message reappears.
