Zoho POP3 Outlook Configuration - Quick Steps

Similarly, if yours is an organization user account (you@yourdomain.com), then the POP3 settings are as follows:

• Step 1: Incoming Server name: poppro.zoho.in
• Step 2: Port: 995
• Step 3: SSL: Yes, required
• Step 4: Username: you@yourdomain.com

SMTP (Outgoing Server) Settings:

• Step 1: Outgoing Server name: smtp.zoho.in
• Step 2: Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
• Step 3: Authentication: Yes

Before you configure your Zoho account in Outlook using POP3, make sure to enable POP access on your account. To do so, follow the below instructions.

Enabling POP Access In Zoho Mail:

• Step 1: Sign in to your Zoho Mail account.
• Step 2: Click Settings and then select Mail Accounts. 
• Step 3: Choose the POP Access option and select either All Email or Emails that arrive from now.

After enabling POP access, proceed to the configuration of your Zoho POP3 account in Outlook as discussed below.

• Step 1: Open the Microsoft Outlook application on your computer.
• Step 2: Go to the File menu.
• Step 3: Select the Add Account option.
• Step 4: Click the checkbox beside the Manual Setup option on the Add Account screen.
• Step 5: Choose the POP or IMAP option on the Choose Service page.
• Step 6: Click Next.

Now, on the Add Account page, enter the following details:

User Information

• Step 1: Your name: Your preferred name
• Step 2: Email address: Your Zoho mail account’s email address

Server Information

• Step 1: Account type: POP3
• Step 2: Incoming server: poppro.zoho.in or pop.zoho.in
• Step 3: Outgoing Server: smtp.zoho.in

Logon Information

• Step 1: Username: Your Zoho mail account’s email address
• Step 2: Password: Your Zoho account’s password
• Step 3: If necessary, click the checkbox beside the Remember password option.
• Step 4: Click the More Settings button.
• Step 5: Go to the Outgoing Server tab and enable the first two options.
• Step 6: Click the Advanced tab and enter your Zoho account’s POP3 and SMTP server’s port numbers in the given fields.
• Step 7: Click OK > Test Account Settings. 
• Step 8: Now, your Zoho mail account details will be tested by Outlook. 
• Step 9: Once it is done successfully, a popup dialog box will open up.
• Step 10: Click the Close button to exit the Test Account Settings dialog box.
